It would be cool if you could see visually what is happening to the waveform. As a teacher I would find it interesting to understand better how the transform is altering the original wave.

See a graphical representation of the waveform before and after being altered.

Add the option to preserrve formants when changing pitch; this would help transpose vocal or choir music without the 'Donald duck' effect

I would like to click on a directory and have Audio Speed Change search all subdirectories there of for audio files. Currently, you have to actually select each invidivual file.

When using the 'Add Files' feature, I would like to be able to select files that are encased in a zip container. Doing this now gives 'File format not recognized' error.

Add support for Apple's m4b/m4a formats

The description for this software says "It is primarily intended for accelerating audio books and podcasts...". Then it should support Apple's audio book format .m4b. One can use mp3 for audio books, and that works fairly well on other devices,...

Change the software marketing so that it's billed as 'listening software' that can change the speed real time like a dictaphone and can also save the file at the new speed rather than just 'file changing' software. Then make it available on smartpho

Dictaphone software.

Add support for Apple's Audiobook formats m4a and m4b

The description of this software says "It is primarily intended for accelerating audio books and podcasts...". Therefore it should also support the audio book format, .m4b, used by Apple's iPod/iPhone/iPad. The .m4b format is, as far as I can see...

Add the option to place converted file into the same folder as the original file without overwriting the original.

The option to save the file into the origin folder without overwriting the original file is a must nowadays in this type of software, at least for those of us who handle a lot of media file conversions. Also the ability to auto-rename the file(s)...

Provide an option to rename files to .M4B resulting in iTunes to load the audio as AudioBooks rather than music. I manually did this and it worked GREAT!

I ran the entire volumes of Scripture (Bible, BoM...) through Audio Speed Changer Pro. Because the text is familiar, it makes listening even a better experience. Using the old DOS command, RENAME, I simply renamed the file suffix to .m4b and...

Marketing this, you should include the potential use for musicians to slow the tempo down of music to learn the parts. Tried it on a few songs and it works like a champ.

Picking apart complex bass lines, lead guitar parts and lyrics from recordings at their normal speed is a painstaking task. This program makes it easy with it's simple interface. You're ignoring a whole market segment by not including this...

1- Include 'Text 2 Speech'. 2- Though it's a 'reader'... 'save' new speed would be nice.
